News 2 - The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine concerning Licensing of Activity related to Development, Production and Sale of Technical and other Rehabilitation Aids - Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine concerning Licensing of Activity related to Development, Production and Sale of Technical and other Rehabilitation Aids

The Bill (Reg. No.3287), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, supplements the list of types of economic activity liable to licensing with activity related to the development, production, sale and repair of technical and other rehabilitation aids, and rendering of services concerning maintenance of such aids.

Moreover, the Bill will coordinate regulations of the Law "On Rehabilitation of the Disabled in Ukraine" with the Law "On Licensing of Certain Types of Economic Activity" in part of the definition of types of economic activity liable to licensing.
